Biography

Giovanni Dondi dall’Orologio, doctor in Medicine at the University of Bologna in 1969, achieved the post graduated title of specialist in dentistry. He was Assistant Professor in 1973 and Associate Professor from 1983. Head of the Division of Conservative Dentistry from 1973 to 2014. Director of the Master in Clinical Dentistry with advanced technology from 2003 to 2014. He experimented new technology with a spectrophotometer: this led to the development of a new machine for reading the color of composite restorations in vivo. He has published more than 75 papers in reputed international journals.
